- National Department of Health – Pharmacy Premises Licence in terms of Section 22 of the Pharmacy Act 53 of 1974
- National Consumer Commission’s role in safeguarding the public – providing oversight on products not medicines (Grey Area Products)
- Industry responds to the SAHPRA’s feedback to questions raised
