The South African Health Products Regulatory Authority (SAHPRA) has launched its very own chatbot, Reggie. Reggie is here to help you find information on the website more easily.

How do you use the chatbot?
Simply type in a keyword or ask Reggie a question. He is quick to respond with a variety of options in a few seconds.

Where will you find it?
The chatbot is accessible from the right-hand side of the SAHPRA home page– simply click on the button captioned “Chat with us” to engage with the chatbot.
